Design-Led Repositioning During Crisis
Founder's Note
In early 2020, one day before the city shut down, I became the sole on-site manager of Hancock Lofts, a 38-unit Class A property with a fading identity and a major renovation planned.
With no team, no handoff, and no direction from above, I stepped into every role: property manager, brand lead, and design strategist. The result was a complete market repositioning that lifted rents by 17% and reintroduced the property with a bold new identity.
EXecution IN MOTION
These upgrades weren’t cosmetic; they were strategic: cohesive, intentional, and timed to shape perception at every level. And it worked.

Every operational step reinforced design trust.

Every visual decision served a brand purpose.
